Our Objective is to enable the expatriate Muslims in Kuwait live according to the ideals of the Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, the Authorized Supreme Council of Kerala Muslims, formed in 1926 to guide Kerala Muslims in religious, socio-cultural fields and to organize their religious practices in accordance with the concepts of the Holy Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah.
Organization was formed with the name Kuwait Kerala Sunni Muslim Council. In the following four years (upto 2002), the organization had been at the forefront of expatriate groups in Kuwait. Valanchery Mohammad Musliar, Abdul Khader Moulavi Palathumkara, PI Moidu Moulavi (Vice Presidents) Muhammad Ali Puthuparamba, Ilyas Kottakkal Abdullah Kadameri Mustafa TK. (Joint Secretaries) were the founding leaders. The group was formed by the efforts of a group of youngsters who are interested in the mission of the Holy Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah as they wished to propagate its vision among the expatriate community in the land of Kuwait. With the formation of the Kuwait Islamic Center in 2003 as the Kuwait chapter of SKSSF the students federation of Samastha, and the Sunni Council as the Kuwait chapter of SYS, the organisation became more active in the field.

In 2014, these two chapters were merged under the direction of the great leadership of Samastha, and Syed Hyder Ali Shihab Thangal, the Vice President of Samastha and the undisputed leader of the Kerala Muslims. At the grand conference of Meelad Sherif in 2015, with their declaration that the Kuwait Kerala Islamic Council has become more constitutional
Spiritual classes and activities such Qur'anic study classes, recitation training forums, Hadith study forums, Dikr Salat Majlis, processing forums, family gatherings, doubt clarification forums, and ideal study forums are carried out under the Da'awa Wing.
The greatest blessing we crave for in our mortal worldly life the attainment of righteousness through the purification of the soul. It is the moral obligation of a believer to pass onto others the knowledge of these infinite blessings that we experience.This is what the Qur'anic verse tells us to be the helpers of Allah. By the grace of Allah, this task has been undertaken by the teachers and activists of the Ibad Wing under the Kuwait Islamic Council.
With the approval of SKIMVB (Samstha Kerala Islam Matha Vidhyabhyasa Board), three Madrassas are successfully operating in the important residential areas of Abbasiya, Mangaf, and Salmiya. The Education Wing has been spearheading a number of scholastic and non scholastic activities, including parenting, multi-language learning forums, various programs for students and teachers to make teaching and learning process more effective.
It facilitates for thousands of people every year to perform Umrah at affordable costs. The KIC Umrah groups are distinguished and commended for the occasional study classes given during and before the pilgrimage, as well as the leadership of experienced and service-minded scholars.
The Relief Wing carries out various charitable activities such as providing essential assistance to those affected by natural disasters and epidemics, as well as providing other necessary assistance as necessitated by the above factors.Ramadan Kits containing food items for the month of Holy Ramadan have been successfully distributed in all the districts of Kerala and at selected areas outside the state.
Musanada is a token of appreciation given by the organization to members who end their expatriation after completing five years of membership in the organization. Family members of those who die as a member also receive this benefit. The capital money of this project is accumulated by receiving a donation of one Kuwaiti Dinar per year from the members.
Taking necessary steps to ensure that the organization's programs have been consistently present in the audio - visual and print media The IT & Media Wing has been doing commendable work to maintain the organization's constant presence in the media and to bring project activities to the public, including media interventions on public issues affecting the organization or the community.
The publishing department is responsible for disseminating Samastha's publications in Kuwait and Kerala, and for publishing possible articles in periodicals and other media.
Provides opportunities and training to nurture the artistic and literature senses among members and students.Frequently organizes various competitions and sports & entertainment activities.
Our Viqaya help desk team organizes the general activities of the organization in a disciplined and Systematic manner. Also Prepares the necessary documents for those who have to leave the country during amnesty period. Apart from those activities supporting Indian Embassy as per their request. Our dedicated team provides leadership for voluntary service activities, cleaning campaigns etc..
Viqaya Medical Wing provides necessary care to patients who do not have caregivers or relatives to care for them. Under medical wing we are also conducting awareness campaigns, basic life support training sessions & blood donation camps. We have also formed blood donation forum to help the patients in need & working closely with Jabriya Central blood bank.
